Zensar Technologies clarifies on news item regarding stake sale by Fujitsu

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "RPG buys out 29% in Zensar from Fujitsu", Zensar Technologies Ltd has clarified that the Company is not aware of the matter that appearing in the news item. The Company has also informed that, there is no change in the shareholding pattern, which remains unchanged, amongst the various shareholders.
