Vardhman Textiles closes QIP Issue

Vardhman Textiles Ltd has announced that the Company has successfully closed the issue of its Qualified Institutional Placements aggregating to Rs. 200 crore (approx.) on October 29, 2010 with India Infoline Ltd. as the Book Running Lead Manager/s to the issue.

The stock was trading at Rs.336.50, down by Rs.12.55 or 3.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.350.20 and low of Rs.334.

The total traded quantity was 0.44 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.98 lakhs.
