Geometric allots 4800 shares under ESOP Scheme 2009

Geometric Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 22, 2010, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 4,800 (Four Thousand Eight Hundred Only) Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on the exercise of vested stock options under the ESOP Scheme 2009.

The Board has approved appointment of Mr. Parth Gandhi as Nominee Director of ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Ltd. on the Board of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.69.80, up by Rs.1.45 or 2.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.73.70 and low of Rs.67.50.

The total traded quantity was 7.56 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.60 lakhs.
