Prajay Engineers allots 10674786 equity shares on conversion of warrants

Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has announced that the Company at its Allotment Committee meeting held on October 11, 2010, allotted 1,06,74,786 equity shares on conversion of warrants.

The allottees include Mr. Sumit Anand (50000 shares), Ultimate Money Makers Pvt. Ltd (683760 shares), Mr. N. Ravinder Reddy (5100000 shares), Mr. D. S. Chandra Mohan Reddy (909402 shares) and Mr. D. Vijay Sen Reddy (3931624 shares).

The stock was trading at Rs.28.65, up by Rs.0.15 or 0.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.20 and low of Rs.28.35.

The total traded quantity was 0.44 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.93 lakhs.
