Kolte-Patil Developers allots Shares under ESOS

Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd has announced that the Remuneration & Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 08, 2010, approved the allotment of 93,907 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 40/- per equity shares, against exercise of Employee Stock Options granted under Employees Stock Options Scheme, 2006.

Consequent to the above-mentioned allotment of Equity Shares, the Paid up Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 75,68,10,020 /- to Rs. 75,77,49,090/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.65.55, down by Rs.1.05 or 1.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.67.30 and low of Rs.64.80.

The total traded quantity was 0.71 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.47 lakhs.
