DMC International allots 5 lakh shares

DMC International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 01, 2010, has allotted 5,00,000 equity shares of Rs 5/-each to the shareholders of Vsoft services Pvt Ltd against the acquisition of 100% stake in Vsoft services Pvt Ltd.

The Board approved the appointment of Chief Technology Officer. Subject to section314 of the Companies Act, 1956 the Board of Directors appoints Mr. Bharat Gupta as the chief technology officer of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.11.35, up by Rs.0.31 or 2.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.99 and low of Rs.10.60.

The total traded quantity was 0.78 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.94 lakhs.
