Kanchan International to allot 25 lakh warrants

Kanchan International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 09, 2010, inter alia, to allot 25 Lacs Equity Warrants to the Promoters and Independent Directors as approved by the members in the Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.83.10, up by Rs.3.95 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.83.10 and low of Rs.83.10.
