Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 29200 Shares

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Operations Committee Meeting held on September 27, 2010 allotted 29,200 shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock closed the day at Rs.295.70, down by Rs.8.95 or 2.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.307 and low of Rs.294.70.

The total traded quantity was 1.57 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.33 lakhs.
