HDFC Bank allots 1373160 equity shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank on September 24, 2010 has allotted 1373160 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.2472.55, up by Rs.13.05 or 0.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2489 and low of Rs.2436.

The total traded quantity was 0.46 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.31 lakhs.
