Bank of India raises Tier I Capital of Rs 300 crores

Bank of India has announced that the Bank has raised Tier - I Capital through issue of BOI-Innovative Perpetual Debt Instruments - Bonds - Series - VI of Rs. 300 Crores on September 09, 2010. The coupon rate is 9.05% p.a. with a Call Option after 10 years.

The stock closed the day at Rs.498.15, up by Rs.11.75 or 2.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.501.90 and low of Rs.487.

The total traded quantity was 2.56 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.26 lakhs.
