Fortune Financial Services allots 4 lakhs Equity Warrants

Fortune Financial Services India Ltd has announced that the Internal Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has in its meeting held on September 13, 2010 allotted 400,000 equity warrants of Rs. 10/- each convertible in to one equity share of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 170/- per warrant on preferential basis.

The allottees include Mr. J. T. Poonja (200,000 warrants), Mr. Nimish C. Shah (100,000 warrants) and M/s. Jamish Investment Pvt. Ltd. (100,000 warrants).

The stock was trading at Rs.166.90, up by Rs.6.90 or 4.31%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.166.90 and low of Rs.166.90.

The total traded quantity was 100 compared to 2 week average of 549.
