Veer Energy & Infrastructure allots 20732500 shares

Veer Energy & Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 10, 2010, has issued and allotted 2,07,32,500 (Two Crores Seven Lacs Thirty Two Thousand Five hundred) equity shares of Re. 1/- each at an issue price Rs. 10/- per equity share to four QIBs applicants, in terms of Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital And Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.7.93, up by Rs.0.23 or 2.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.40 and low of Rs.7.56.

The total traded quantity was 3.01 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.69 lakhs.
