Blue Dart Express Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 21, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval for Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended December 31, 2006.

2. Recommendation of Dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial Year ended December 31, 2006.
