Valson Industries Board to decide on allotment of shares on conversion of warrants

Valson Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 22, 2007, for allotment of 2,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 41/- per share on conversion of 2,50,000 warrants on preferential basis issued as per special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 26, 2005.
