Bhageria Dye Chem to consider preferential allotment on Aug 28, 2010

Bhageria Dye Chem Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 28, 2010, inter alia, to consider the allotment of the 45,00,000 Convertible Warrants on preferential basis for which "in-principle Approval" has been applied.

The stock closed the day at Rs.45.75, up by Rs.1.85 or 4.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.46 and low of Rs.43.45.

The total traded quantity was 5353 compared to 2 week average of 18295.
