Kalindee Rail Nirman to consider warrants issue on Aug 12, 2010

Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2010, to consider issuance of convertible warrants to promoter group.

The stock closed the day at Rs.151.95, up by Rs.1.50 or 1%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.153.50 and low of Rs.151.

The total traded quantity was 0.40 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.14 lakhs.
