Euro Finmart discusses conversion of preference shares into equity shares

Euro Finmart Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 05, 2010, inter alia, discussed the Proposal of Conversion of the Preference shares into Equity Shares, however the same was not considered by the Board and deferred it to for the future.
