Swasti Vinayaka Synthetics Board recommends dividend

Swasti Vinayaka Synthetics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2007, inter alia, has proposed dividend @ 8% (Paise 8 per share) subject to the approval of the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on March 26, 2007.
