Shiva Fertilizers to consider take over of Amravati Fertilizer factory

Shiva Fertilizers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2007, inter alia, to decide about taking Amravati Fertilizer factory of The Vidarbha Co-operative Mktg Society Ltd, on lease basis for Manufacturing of NPK Mix Fertilizer.
