C&C Constructions allots 50000000 CCPS to IL&FS Trust

C & C Constructions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 15, 2010, has allotted 50000000 (nos.) Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the IL&FS Trust Company Ltd. (acting as sole trustee for India Venture Trust).
