Amtek India allots 3158985 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Amtek India Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of the Board of directors of the Company in their meeting held on July 09, 2010 have allotted 3158985 equity shares at Rs. 120.12/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US $ 8.64 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.64.70, down by Rs.0.30 or 0.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.65.95 and low of Rs.64.50.

The total traded quantity was 101532 compared to 2 week average of 51253.
