Net 4 India allots 916818 shares to GHIOF, Mauritius

Net 4 India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 03, 2010, have allotted 916818 equity shares to M/s. GHIOF, Mauritius on a preferential basis.

Also, the Board has authorised Mr. Jasjit S. Sawhney to identify, negotiate and bring before the Board for final approval, potential acquisition targets in the Internet Services and Web Hosting space.
