Nicco Corporation to consider preferential issue of 980392 shares on July 07, 2010

Nicco Corporation Ltd has announced that a Meeting of the Committee of Directors of the Company will be held on July 07, 2010, to consider Preferential Allotment of 9,80,392 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Company @ Rs. 6.12 per share for an aggregate amount of Rs. 0.60 crores, to selected Associates of Creditors.

The stock was trading at Rs.6.32, up by Rs.0.07 or 1.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6.68 and low of Rs.6.10.
