Polaris Software allots 16200 Equity Shares under ASOP

Polaris Software Lab Ltd has announced that the Shareholder's Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution dated June 18, 2010, has allotted 16,200 equity shares to the employees of the Company under the Associate Stock Option Plan, 2003.

Further, under ASOP 2004 scheme, 13,000 shares were transferred to 2 Associates pursuant to exercise of options granted to them.

The Polaris Software stock closed the day at Rs.183.65, up by Rs.2.05 or 1.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.185.40 and low of Rs.179.50.

The total traded quantity was 127217 compared to 2 week average of 70394.
