Apis India to allot 737533 shares to promoter group

Apis India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 18, 2010, to allot 7,37,533 Equity Shares to Promoter group and 3,16,085 Equity Shares to Non-Promoter group on Preferential basis.
