Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision allots bonus shares to FCCB holders

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 09, 2010, has allotted 2,72,78,484 Bonus Equity Shares to FCCB holders who have been allotted equity shares on conversion of FCCBs on March 31, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.12.37, up by Rs.0.07 or 0.57%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.51 and low of Rs.12.16.

The total traded quantity was 1721611 compared to 2 week average of 4716222.
