Network 18 Media & Investments Ltd has announced that pursuant to the exercise of ESOPs by the employees of the Company, the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 20,732 equity shares of Rs. 5 each and consequently the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from 115652781 equity shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 578,263,905/- to 115673513 equity shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 578,367,565/-.
