Setco Automotive to consider setting up new assembly unit in Uttaranchal

Setco Automotive Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2007. Arising from the discussions, the Board felt that it would be prudent to arrange for setting up a new Assembly Unit in Uttaranchal to service the Company's major customers.

Accordingly, the Board has authorized the Managing Director to initiate necessary actions in connection with setting up the Uttaranchal unit of the Company as early as possible.
