Infotrek Syscom to review business plans

Infotrek Syscom Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, has considered and decided the following:
1. To review the progress of e-exchange India.com - E-exchange India.com launched by the Company in association with the RecycleNet Inc. USA is getting popular amongst the user / supplier and buyers of used and waste electrical and electronic equipments world over. The Exchange has also started providing links with other prominent Exchanges relating to the scrap metal in the World.
It also assists in web designing, web hosting, domain registration, on line multi media presentation and other related services. It is expected that in a very short span of time this Exchange will conclude an immense amount of volume of business of used electrical and electronic equipments (WEEE) in India. This will further help in augmenting Company's WEEE business.
2. To review the progress of E-waste Management Project - E-waste management plan is progressing very well. The Company is poised to begin implementation work shortly. This is an environment friendly project and will support ecological balance. Major plant and machinery as well as technology is from Germany, Canada & UK. This plant will process all sorts of electrical and electronic equipments which are either outdated or commercially non viable. The plant will recover basic commodities like ferrous, non ferrous, plastic, glass and other precious metals like gold, silver, platinum used for making computers, monitors, printers, copiers, fax machines, TV sets, washing machines, telecommunication equipments, cellular & other phones.
3. To review the progress of acquiring Land and Factory Premises for E-waste Management Project- The Company has identified a location close to Bombay City in a very developed industrial zone; negotiation for the same is on and is expected to be closed very shortly. Mr. B K Soni has been authorized to deal with the seller and implement / execute necessary understanding.
