Disa India Board recommends 40% dividend

Disa India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following business:

1. Recommended a Dividend 40% for the FY ended December 31, 2006.

2. Cessation of office of the Managing Director by Mr. Dinakar A, effective closure of business hours on February 05, 2007.

3. Induction of Mr. Viraj Naidu, President as whole-time Director of the Company effective February 06, 2007.
