Remi Process Board considers bonus issue

Remi Process Plant & Machinery Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, has decided that bonus shares be issued to the existing holders of the 440,000 equity shares in the proportion of three new shares for every one share held.
