Aarti Industries Board declares interim dividend

Aarti Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend @ Rs 0.50 ps. per share (10%) for the financial year 2006-2007.
