IT People board approves DRHP

IT People India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, has approved the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) of the Company and all necessary transactions in regard to filing the DHRP with the concerned Authorities.
