NRB Bearings Board approves stock split

NRB Bearings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, has approved the Sub division of the face value of the Company's equity shares from Rs 10/- per share to Rs 2/- per share for which an EGM is being called.
