Engineers India Ltd has announced the following Unaudited results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006:
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 398.80 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 as compared to Rs 253.00 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2005. Total Income has decreased from Rs 2011.50 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 to Rs 1539.00 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.
Further the Company has informed that, the Board has considered the proposal and declared an Interim Dividend @ 35% on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2006-2007.
