Balkrishna Industries to transfer paper division and fabrics division to 2 subsidiary companies

Balkrishna Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2007, inter alia, has approved the transfer of Assets and Liabilities of Paper & Paper Boards division and Processing of Woven Fabrics Division of the Company to two Wholly Owned Subsidiary Companies to be formed and subject to necessary approvals.
