Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2007 inter alia has discussed & decided issue of FCCB/GDR/ADR on preferential basis to Foreign Institutional Investors / Financial Institutions / Bodies Corporate upto US$ 10 million subject to compliance of all applicable laws.
