National General Industries allots 471704 Equity Shares on Scheme of Amalgamation

National General Industries Ltd has announced that on May 17, 2010, in accordance with the Scheme of Amalgamation sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, the Board of Directors has allotted 4,71,704 nos. of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid-up to the shareholders of erstwhile Modi Metal Udyog Pvt. Ltd. (Transferor Company).
