Zenith Birla to setup JV with Aluma Systems, Canada

Zenith Birla India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2007, inter alia, has approved setting up of 50:50 Joint Venture Company with Aluma Systems of Canada for entering into the business of providing Technical, Consultancy and Project Management services to the construction industry. For this purpose, the Company would be initially investing US$ 1.5 million (approximately Rs 675 lacs) towards its share in the capital of the proposed Company.
