Lanxess ABS Board recommends 30% dividend

Lanxess ABS Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 3.00 per share (@ 30%) for the year 2006.
