Hikal Board declares Rs.3 interim dividend

Hikal Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2007, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend @ 30% i.e. Rs 3/- per Share on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for the year 2006-07.
