SKS Ship signs MOU to form JV for construction and management of vessels

SKS Ship Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2007, inter alia, has signed an MOU with Inland Waterways Authorities of India for forming a Joint Venture Company for carrying on the business of construction and management of vessels to be operated in National Waterways No. 1 & No. 2.
