Shivalik Bimetal Board declares 12.5% interim dividend

Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2007, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend @ 12.50% on paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2007.
