Strides Arcolab Board recommends 20% dividend

Strides Arcolab Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 20% (Rs 2/- per equity shares of Rs 10/-) for year ended December 31, 2006.
