AK Capital to acquire 60% of AK Capital Retail Pvt Ltd

AK Capital Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2007, inter alia, has passed the resolution for acquisition of balance 6000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each representing 60% of paid up Equity capital of A K Capital Retail Pvt Ltd and accordingly, the said Company will become 100% subsidiary in due course.
