Sagar Cements Board declares 10% interim dividend, fixes record date

Sagar Cements Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2007, inter alia, has announced an interim dividend of 10% (Re 1/-per share) on equity shares of the Company for the year 2006-07.

February 10, 2007 has been fixed as the Record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.
