Lanco Infratech grants 1292080 ESOPs

Lanco Infratech Ltd has announced that 12,92,080 No. of Employee Stock options of Re. 1/- Face Value each to 68 permanent employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries have been granted by the Compensation Committee under the Employees Stock Option Plan - 2006, on April 30, 2010.

Further the Company has informed that, 2,05,48,980 Employee Stock Options of Re. 1/- Face Value each have been exercised up to April 30, 2010 and 1,74,56,190 Employee Stock Options of Re. 1/- Face Value each have been Cancelled due to separation of the employees up to of April 30, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.60.65, down by Rs.1.05 or 1.70%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.61.90 and low of Rs.60.20.

The total traded quantity was 304866 compared to 2 week average of 867124.
