Apollo Sindhoori withdraws rights issue

Apollo Sindhoori Capital Investments Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 23, 2007, has decided to withdraw the proposed Rights Issue of 27,70,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for Rs 100/- per share.
