Mastek allots 1750 shares under ESOP Allotment

Mastek Ltd has announced that at meeting of the Committee of Directors held on May 13, 2010, 1,750 equity shares have been allotted under ESOP and the paid-up share capital has subsequently increased to 2,69,43,937 shares and Rs. 13,47,19,685.

The stock closed the day at Rs.282.15. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.289.75 and low of Rs.281.

The total traded quantity was 2266 compared to 2 week average of 5671.
