Accentia Technologies shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Accentia Technologies Ltd has announced that the shareholders of the Company at their Court Convened Meeting held on January 27, 2007, have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s. Geosoft Technologies (Trivandrum) Ltd and M/s. Iridium Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd with the Company.
